The report aims to be a reference for monitoring, documenting and archiving the latest human rights developments related to Palestine, and to present them to individuals, researchers, study centers, and official, academic and legal institutions concerned.

Judicial decrees, decisions, positions, and orders issued by official Palestinian bodies
- The Palestinian MOFAE warns against treating child martyrs as numbers and statistics and calls on various human rights organizations to work on documenting the details of the murder and execution of each child separately, explaining its circumstances and dimensions and publishing it on a wide scale. - The Palestinian MOFAE says that the escalation in settlements is an official policy that aims to implement the largest possible number of Israel’s colonial expansionist projects and to annex more Palestinian land for the benefit of settlers (October 10, 2022). For further details, click here

- Palestinian Minister of Health Dr. May Al-Kaila denounces the attack on Doctor Asif Al-Qaddoumi by settlers while he was on his way to work in Jenin Governmental Hospital and calls on the international community and human rights institutions to intervene to stop the violations of the occupation. - The Palestinian MOFAE condemns the criminal execution of young Osama Mahmoud Adawi (18 years), by the Israeli occupation forces at the entrance to Al-Aroub camp, north of Hebron, and says that it is following up with courts and international organizations to put an end to Israel’s impunity. - The Palestinian MOFAE condemns Israel’s imposition of collective punishments on Palestinian cities, towns, villages, and camps, by imposing a strict siege and closing the entrances and exits of many areas. Illustrative of this is the case in Nablus, including thr Shuafat camp and others, which aim to abolish the Palestinian presence in Jerusalem and all areas classified (C), undermining any chance of the existence of a Palestinian state and replacing it with a hateful apartheid regime. - The Permanent Representative of Palestine to the UN sends identical letters to UN officials regarding the exposure of Palestinian children to killing and arrest by the Israeli occupation. (October 14, 2022) For further details, click here

- In a rare move, the Israeli Ministry of Defense decides to pay compensation to the family of Omar As’ad, a Palestinian-American who suffered a heart attack after being bound, gagged, and left on a construction site in the middle of winter by Israeli soldiers, leading to his death. - The Israeli government approves the Lebanese maritime deal, which the Israeli Prime Minister described as historic, and this agreement will regulate the security and economic fields between the two governments. The Israeli Prime Minister also stated that this maritime deal with Lebanon preserves the security of the northern settlements, the freedom of action of the Israeli army, and its maritime control in the area near the coast. - The Bolivian Ministry of Foreign Affairs joins the international appeal and raises its voice in solidarity with the Palestinian prisoners detained in Israeli prisons. They also call on the international community, councils, agencies of the United Nations, and relevant international organizations to assume their responsibilities to ensure the freedom of prisoners, the sick, the elderly, and children. - The Jordanian Foreign Ministry condemns the extremists storming Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of the Israeli occupation police. (October 11, 2022). For further details, click here
- OIC strongly condemns settlers tearing up and burning copies of the holy Qur’an near the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, considering it a crime, an intentional provocation of Muslims, and a violation of human rights principles. (October 11, 2022) For further details, click here
- The Kuwaiti MOFA condemns and denounces the grave violations represented by storming Al-Aqsa Mosque and carrying out provocative practices that violate its sanctity, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces. (October 11, 2022) For further details, click here
- The Qatari MOFA condemns the settlers storming Al-Aqsa Mosque and considers it a “flagrant violation of international law, and a provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the world.” (October 12, 2022)For further details, click here
- OIC condemns the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by extremist settlers under the protection of the Israeli police and condemns the closure of the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Hebron. (October 13, 2022)For further details, click here
- The Assistant Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, while receiving the US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, stresses the firm Arab position on the Palestinian issue, the importance of the role that the US administration can play to push for efforts to achieve comprehensive peace and the desired settlement. - The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization “UNESCO” adopted, at its 215th session held in Paris, two resolutions on the State of Palestine, unanimously. The two resolutions dealt with the issue of Jerusalem, the reconstruction of Gaza, and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron. (October 13, 2022)For further details, click here and here
- The United Nations Special Rapporteur in the Occupied Palestinian Territory Francesca Albanese, criticizes MK Itamar Ben-Gvir’s statements on the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem. She says that “Incitement to commit a crime, especially on racial grounds, is a clear breach of Israel’s int’l obligations (ICCPR, art.20; CERD, art.4), coming from a law-maker, it is particularly outrageous & unacceptable.” She calls on Israeli leaders to condemn it. - 292 Human rights networks and organizations issued a joint statement calling for the release of Palestinian prisoners in occupation prisons, and calling on the states party to the Geneva Conventions to compel the occupying state to respect its obligations under the Third and Fourth Geneva Conventions to protect prisoners and civilians. - The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights condemns the IOF’s collective punishment measures and repressions against the Palestinians in Shu’fat Refugee Camp and ‘Anata Village in Occupied East Jerusalem, and denounces the cold-blooded executions and killings of a Palestinian child by occupying forces in Hebron.
