The Minister of Health, Mai al-Kaila, held the Israeli occupation authorities responsible for the fate of captive Imad Al-Batran. Imad has been on hunger strike for 40 consecutive days while in custody of the Israeli occupation, in protest of his administrative detention. Al-Kaila indicated that he’s suffering from emaciation, weakness, and aches in the joints, stomach and head.
