The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has warned of the risks and serious consequences that will result from building a new settlement city on the lands of Issawiya, Al-Tur, and Anata in the area that has become known as E1, including dividing the occupied West Bank and transforming it into areas completely isolated from each other and permanently isolating the occupied city of Jerusalem and its surroundings.
