A member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), Saleh Raafat, condemned the Israeli occupation authorities’ blocking delivery of a batch of 2,000 Russian Sputnik vaccines to the besieged Gaza Strip. Raafat called the act a crime against humanity and a flagrant violation of international law.
