The European Coordination of Committees and Associations for Palestine (ECCP) has published a report entitled: “EU Mechanism of Ethical Screening in EU Research Programs: Why does it not work” on European Union funding for businesses and academic institutions allegedly complicit with illegal Israeli settlements through their successive research programs, which shows gaps in the implementation of the 2013 guidelines regarding the eligibility of Israeli entities and institutions for grants, prizes, and financial aid.
