The Commission of Palestinian Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs (CDA) stated that the Israeli Supreme Court has rejected the Commission’s petition submitted through its legal staff to appeal the administrative detention decision issued against the prisoner Juma’ah Al Juju from Aida Camp in Bethlehem city, who was arrested on November 19, 2020, with an administrative detention order issued against him for a period of 6 months. The commission pointed out that since the beginning of this year, the Israeli occupation Court has rejected nearly 13 petitions, have been submitted by the CDA to challenge the administrative detention decisions issued against several Palestinian detainees.
