A report issued by the Palestinian Al-Haq Foundation which dealt with Military Order No. (1827) related to the Israeli military judiciary system explained the violation of the Israeli occupation through this order to the “responsibilities of the occupying state” regarding the process of legislation and the judiciary. Furthermore, this report clarified that the Israeli occupation used the military judicial system and the system of military orders as an implementation tool to impose control and suppression of the Palestinian people. It also indicated that the Israeli occupation explicitly violates the “responsibilities of the occupying power”, which works to enact laws and legislations related to the oppression of the Palestinians, and the laws that would preserve Israeli interests at the expense of Palestinian interests.
