International Law & Palestine blog
Home > International Law & Palestine blog
The International Law and Palestine Blog, by Law for Palestine, aims to address some of the most crucial international law questions around Palestine by thinking, talking, writing, and collaborating with scholars, practitioners, and communities affected by international law as well as the ones affecting the law. The Blog creates a platform which allows different stakeholders to think about the application of international law norms and mechanisms while simultaneously making space to engage critically with the international law framework. In conjunction with the Jurists for Palestine Forum at Law for Palestine, the Blog draws on legal history and analysis in an attempt to shape the discourse around Palestine and international law. In the coming months, the International Law and Palestine Blog will not only address some of the key questions that have come to the fore recently but also the issues that will allow us to take a long view of all things international law and Palestine. The blog will present critical legal and socio-legal ideas in different formats including long form legal analysis, short socio-legal texts, and interviews, with a focus on both the practical application of international law as well as the theoretical aspects of it.
