The Gisha – Legal Center for Freedom of Movement – issued its position on the recent decision of the International Criminal Court. The Center stated that it has repeatedly warned the Israeli authorities and government officials on the ongoing violation of human rights, the continued closure on Gaza, and the “separation policy” carried out by Israel. Gisha said that “ it is unsurprising that the ICC prosecutor found sufficient basis for investigating the situation in the region.
