Researcher Mansour Abu Karim published a paper at the Palestine Liberation Organization Research Centre entitled: “The Gradual Transition to Negotiations: Biden administration’s approach to the restoration of the path of the Palestinian-Israeli settlement.” Through his study, Abu Karim highlighted Biden’s positions on the question of Palestine before his inauguration as President of the United States of America, calling for the need of security for Israel, the well-being of the Palestinian people and calm in the region, as well as his position against annexation and his explicit call for a two-state solution.
