The Palestinian National Council addressed the heads of the world’s parliaments on Israeli plans to annex parts of the West Bank and expand settlements, and it highlighted the increasing danger of the annexation on the issue and the region as a whole. Palestinian National Council spokesman Saleem Al-Za’noun addressed parliament heads in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
