Taysir Khalid, a member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), called on the governments of Germany, Austria and France not to hinder and obstruct the course of the International Criminal Court (ICC). which is expected to start a judicial investigation into alleged war crimes, crime of aggression and crimes against humanity committed by the Israeli occupation in the Occupied Palestinian Territories since June 1967. Taysir Khalid pointed out that the visits that Israeli officials are undertaking in these European countries reflect the extent of the concern that Israel is experiencing regarding the ICC’s investigation and that the policy of impunity is about to end.
