The Commission of Detainees’ Affairs (CDA) submitted a petition to the Israeli Supreme Court to release the bodies of martyrs Saad al-Gharabli and Fadi Samarah, which remain held in the occupation’s refrigerators for several months now. The CDA added that the appeal to the Israeli Supreme Court comes after the Israeli prosecution has stalled previous requests for the bodies’ release.
