The Legal Committee of the European Alliance in Defence of Palestinian Detainees announced its intention to hold a webinar via Zoom titled: “The International Criminal Court… Opportunities to Achieve Justice for Palestinian Prisoners.” The webinar includes interventions by a number of legal specialists including: Lawyer Ali Abu Hilal as coordinator of the committee, Dr. Motaz Qafisheh, who will speak about Palestine’s case at the International Criminal Court, Dr. Ihsan Adel, who will discuss the issue of prisoners and the international criminal law, and finally Dr. Aisha Al Basri, who will address critical issues regarding the role of the International Criminal Court.
