The Scandinavian Council of Relations (SCR) condemned the repeated attacks and incursions on Al-Aqsa Mosque by the occupation forces and extremist settlers. The council affirmed that attacking places of worship and peaceful worshipers is immoral, secular and an illegal crime. The council indicated that Al-Aqsa Mosque has an important spiritual standing for Muslims, adding that international laws, norms and conventions condemn the attack on places of worship and deemed the perpetrator a criminal who must be held accountable.
