The researcher Qasem Bilal Bader published his thesis to complete the requirements for obtaining a master’s degree in private international law at An-Najah National University, entitled: “A Critique and Analytical Study about the law of Palestinian Nationality.” Accordingly, in this thesis, he dealt with the draft Palestinian Nationality Law issued in 1995 as a forward-looking study of the reality of the Palestinian Nationality Law. The researcher also referred to the study of laws related to the topic of the thesis, where the laws were graded according to their chronological order from the Ottoman rule to the British Mandate and beyond. In the end, the thesis reached a set of conclusions in which the researcher suggested a number of recommendations that can be relied upon by the Palestinian legislator in regulating the Palestinian nationality law and avoiding weaknesses and shortcomings in the draft Palestinian nationality law issued in 1995.  For further details, click here
