The report includes an account of the most important publications, activities and conferences related to Palestine at the local, regional, international levels. The report further covers decisions, decrees, and judicial orders affecting the Palestinian cause, whether made at the official, academic or public levels. The report aims to be a reference for monitoring, documenting and archiving the latest human rights developments related to Palestine, and to present them to individuals, researchers, study centers, and official, academic and legal institutions concerned.

- Francesca Albanese, UN Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territory, stated that there is no legal justification for the destruction of houses, belongings, schools, and communal spaces of 1,200 people in Masafer Yatta to let Israeli soldiers shoot and test equipment.(September 12, 2022). - The Acting United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights expressed concern about the targeting of human rights defenders in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including the arbitrary closure orders of seven Palestinian human rights organizations in Ramallah. Publications of human rights NGOs
- Skyline International for Human Rights urges Google and Amazon to halt their Nimbus Project and stop assisting Israel with cloud technology that aids in the pursuit and tracking of Palestinians, their activities, and ultimately their targeting and killing. - Al Mezan Center filed a petition to the Israeli District Court in Beer Sheva to stop the use of plastic zip ties on Palestinian detainees. (September 12, 2022). For further details, click here
- The International Bar Association’s Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI) affirms that Israel’s detention of Salah Hammouri without charge or trial violates international law. They call on Israeli authorities to release him immediately and unconditionally, noting that the purpose of these measures is to create an intimidating effect in an attempt to deter lawyers from documenting violations in the Occupied Territories. - The Palestinian Human Rights Organizations Council (PHROC) urged the international community to take immediate and concrete steps to halt new Israeli restrictions on foreigners’ entry and residence in the West Bank, citing violations of international humanitarian law and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. - Al-Haq and Just Peace Advocates submitted a report to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights calling for WSP Global Inc., a Canadian company, to be included in the UN database of businesses operating in illegal Israeli settlements. - Al Mezan Center for Human Rights reiterated that organized violations committed by the occupation forces at sea and the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip, especially its naval blockade, constitute illegal collective punishments. The organization denounced the occupation forces’ continued violations of international humanitarian law and the principles of international human rights law in their interactions with Palestinian civilians, especially fishermen. - The Palestinian Campaign for Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI) condemns the Disney-owned, Marvel Studios’ decision to make a new movie that promotes the settler colonial system, Israeli apartheid, and its atrocities against the Palestinian and Arab peoples. - The Palestinian Center for Human Rights condemns the Israeli occupation’s killing of a Palestinian child and the imposition of collective punishment measures in the West Bank. - The Boycott Movement (BDS) condemns the Zimam Initiative’s continued normalization with the Israeli occupation and warns against engaging in activities that harm the Palestinian peoples’ struggle and give fig leaves to cover up the Israeli crimes. - The Independent Commission for Human Rights urges the Palestinian President to include a clear request in his speech to the United Nations General Assembly for the international community to assume its responsibilities in providing international protection for people under occupation, as well as take the necessary steps to impose sanctions on Israel as the occupying power.
