The Al-Haq Organization in Ramallah sent a letter to the Palestinian Prime Minister, Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh on the use of excessive force by the Palestinian security services to remove  “push carts”  in Wadi al-Tuffah area and al-manara area in the middle of Hebron city, calling for the need to open an investigation of these actions and the need for official bodies to adhere to all Palestinian legislative provisions and international agreements applied in Palestine in ordinary and exceptional cases,  specifically, those Regulated by the amended Palestinian Basic Law of 2003 and the Palestinian Criminal Procedure Law No. (3) Of 2001, as well as respect for international obligations stipulating that Palestine adheres to the basic international human rights covenants. It also demanded the “right” to take the necessary measures to hold all those involved in the violations that affected the owners of the “Push carts” to account in order to achieve justice and law.
