The Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the PLO, Dr. Saeb Erekat has met the Greek Consul General, Christos Sofianopoulos. Erekat and the Greek consul have discussed the recent developments and the current situation. During the discussion, Sofianopoulos has confirmed his country’s position on international law regarding the necessity of ending the occupation of Palestine, establishing two states on the 1967 borders, and Greece’s rejection of the Israeli annexation plan.
