Researchers Anas Eleian and Mohammed Reesh publish a new study in the Journal of Law, Society, and Authority, Volume 11, Number 1, titled “Israeli Violations that Fall Within the Jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court – Palestine”. The study addresses the Israeli crimes practiced against Palestinians in addition to the role of the ICC in prosecuting such crimes. It aims at identifying the nature of the ICC system to refer to the type of crimes that fall within its jurisdiction and its applicability to the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation against Palestinians; in addition to addressing the possibility of Palestine using its right to bring these violations before the Court to end Israeli impunity.
