Researchers Yordan Gunawan, Kania Dewi, Gladis Tazaka Mustaqim, and Mohammad Hazyar Arumbinang publish a new article in the Law and Justice Journal, Volume 6, Issue 2 of 2021 titled: “War during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Case between Israel and Palestine.” This article examines the role international law plays in the war between Palestine and Israel throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. There is a concern raised about the condition of Palestinians when it comes to the destruction of WASH facilities, the prevention of supplying necessities, and the destruction of the environment caused by Israel, since these can all help in inhibiting the spread of the virus.
