Researchers Dr. Jawed Aziz Masudi, Dr. Syed Khurram Mehdi and Syed Jaffer Abbas publish a new research article in the Pakistan Journal of International Affairs, Volume 5, Issue 2 of 2022 titled: “Human Rights Violations By Israel Under International Law.” This article focuses on examining the human rights violations carried out by Israel towards Palestinians through referring to International Law. For 73 years, Palestinians have been denied self-rule in the majority of their own land; this article discusses how Israeli legislation and regulations work to ensure Jewish-Israeli power and control over the country from several aspects such as population, political power, and territory. It also takes a closer look at apartheid and persecution which are considered crimes against humanity to further explain the violations taking place.   To read more, click here.
