HaMoked organization and Human Rights association, Committee against Torture, Physicians for Human Rights and Almezan center presented a joint letter to the HCJ requesting that the Israeli Prison Administration be obliged to allow Palestinian prisoners to communicate with their families – whether by a phone call or visit – after canceling visits following the Corona pandemic.
