Palestinian National Authority Minister for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Riyad al-Maliki, revealed that the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) had accepted for the first time a Palestinian complaint against Israel concerning its racist practices in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
