Director-General of the PLO’s Department of Refugee Affairs, Ahmad Abu Houli, called on the United Nations to assume its responsibilities towards the international relief agency “UNRWA” by resolving its financial crisis in light of the agency’s lack of funding, forcing it to reduce its budget.
