Israel decided to expand the fishing zone in the Gaza Strip to 12 nautical miles, to allow the entry of food and medical equipment and goods into the Strip, and to allow the residents of the Strip to pass outside the country through the Allenby Bridge. It also allowed, for one time only, the entry of 29 private vehicles that were left at the Erez Crossing since the last military operation on the Strip.
