In the paper written by the researcher at Birzeit University, Newar Badir, reviewed the constitutional decisions issued by the Palestinian Supreme Constitutional Court in the years 2018 and 2019, the paper was divided into two sections: the first contains summaries of these decisions, in the form of identification cards, including decision number, date of the decision, venue of the court, nature of the case, the way the case reached the court, the appellant, the defendant, the subject, the summary of the decision.
