Al Mezan Center For Human Rights, Al-Haq, Law in the Service of Man, BADIL Resource Center for Palestinian Residency and Refugee Rights, the Jerusalem Legal Aid Center, Palestinian Centre for Human Rights and The Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies submitted a joint appeal to the special Procedures of the United Nations, related to the violation against “Muhammad Ali Al-Na’em” and Palestinian youth, by an Israeli bulldozer. The paper documented the violation, in detail, with the photographs, and spoke of the legal framework that clarifies the violation by the Israeli forces of the law as an occupying power.
