The Likud party, which leads the ruling coalition in Israel, presented a bill to the Knesset to annex the Jordan Valley, which constitutes approximately 30% of the West Bank, in addition to some lands in the city of Hebron. The bill also requires the execution of any Palestinian who launches an operation against Israel. Some believe that the goal of the bill is to embarrass the Kahul Lavan and Lieberman party.
