The Palestinian Authority said that it is preparing to pay the salaries of the families of the Palestinian prisoners and martyrs directly without banks in order to avoid Israeli restrictions early next month, and directly to the beneficiaries, thus it will avoid the imposition of Israeli sanctions on Palestinian banks.
