The Member of the Executive Committee  of the Palestine Liberation Organization Tayseer Khaled said that Palestinians are “exposed to continuous violations and aggressions by the occupation army and settler gangs.” The settlers target the Palestinian citizens and try to strike terror among them, without fear of being held accountable for their violations and crimes, except for the protection of the occupation army during the attacks they carry out. Tayseer Khaled called on the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court not to waste more time and to request without delay the Pre-Trial Chamber of the Court to issue a decision under Article 19 (3) of the Rome Statute, to decide on its territorial jurisdiction in Palestine and to start an investigation into Israeli war crimes. Moreover,  he called on the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres in particular and the international community, in general, to intervene and provide protection to Palestinian citizens.
